This manual overdrive Spitfire was rebuilt during the Covid period, with the work completed to a high standard. It comes equipped with a new soft top and a full stainless steel exhaust.

Mechanically, the car runs excellently, as its just had a new camshaft and followers, new rockershaft and rockers aswell as an unleaded cylinder head. Notable upgrades include copper brake and fuel lines throughout, new brake calipers, and various refreshed suspension components.

The bodywork is very good and the wheels arches, chassis, sills and floors have all been restored and appear rot free.

On the road this Spitfire drives very well, no knocks or rattles, overdrive works as it should, with direct steering and good brakes that pull up well and in a straight line.
